The powder coating process produces a hard, painted coating that will resist scratches, scrapes and rust. It is applied with a spray gun and resin powder that has an electrostatic charge. The tin panels are hung on an automatic paint line that grounds the panels so the powder coating sticks to the panels. Then the panels go thru an oven for curing, which produces a nice, even finish. Colors may vary slightly from the color chart! Order a few extra powdercoated tiles when placing order. Color matching additional tiles may be difficult!
